The room was very large with two beds, a twin and queen size. I slept in the queen bed and it was very comfortable. The restaurant was on the premises and was very good. The food was good and the service was excellent. I took a taxi to the bus terminal and caught a Hop On-Hop Off tour. The hotel clerk was very helpful. She called the taxi, set up my bus tour, printed my ticket and wrote out instructions for me. She was an excellent hostess!

Hotel itself was modern , clean and good looking. the staff was very helpful. Restaurant in the hotel was very good with amazing food and more amazing staff. room needs a little bit refreshing.

It is about 30 minutes walking from the Vatican museum, downhill to get there, so on the way back often used taxi. It had a decent restaurant. Ideal if after a day siteseeing in Rome you do not want to walk again those 2 times 30 minutes. It had parking :) and the wifi also worked pretty well (last day an error for the whole hotel, thrn 4G was good enough) Clean, sufficient choise for the breakfast as well

Staff were super helpful. We arrived about 10:00 am, much before 15:00 check in, our plan was to leave our luggage and come back later. The front desk staff said please sit a bit maybe we can get you in early. In about 20 minutes we were in a freshly cleaned room had a hot shower and enjoying a very comfortable bed. This extra effort by staff was especially appreciated by my wife and I because we just arrived Rome from Chicago and neither of us got much sleep on the flight. Naps were desperately need by both of us. The next morning our time was tight, the restaurant Staff was very quick getting our order so we could get on with our day.

I liked how flexible and supportive the staff were responding to my changing needs. The proximity to Gemelli hospital and La Balduina train station. Ideal for tourist and/or visitors to the hospital.

Danielle and Matthias was absolute stars. Special thanks to both of them for always being kind, polite to my millions of questions. Hotel was spotless and very clean. Whole staff was very helpful. Breakfast was nicely prepared and served by a lovely , helpful staff. Breakfast staff was amazing 👏 they wanted to make sure that their guest was relaxing. Location was great too . Hotel is l9cated in a beautiful area , 5 minutes walk to bus station. 20 mnts ride to Central Rome and great value to stay in a quite beautiful area.

Lovely restaurant and very nice staff in the restaurant. Cleaners were excellent and very accommodating. Nice food. Very comfortable beds. Great air conditioning.

The hotel was easy to reach and well connected to travel to other places in the city. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning had enough choice and the restaurant was a good option for the dinner in the evening (great menu and reasonably priced)
